From Sketch to Product: Our OEM/ODM Process

We support full customization. Here is how we help you develop a new bottle design:

1. Share your rough sketch and specifications. Send us your ideas, dimensions, capacity, material preferences, and any other requirements.
2. Design and development. Our team works with you to refine the design. We offer OEM/ODM services, meaning we can manufacture your custom design or help you develop one from scratch.
3. 3D visualization. Use our online 3D customization tool to preview your design. We currently offer 34 models for you to customize, so you can see your bottle from every angle before production.
4. Sampling. We provide free samples if we have stock. For customized colors and logos, sample time is 10-15 days.
5. Order and production. For stock items, the MOQ is 100 pieces. Custom colors and logos require a MOQ of 1000 pieces. Customized designs and branded logos can be applied from 100 pieces. Delivery time is 15 days for orders under 2000 pieces, and 30 days for orders of 2000 pieces or more.
6. Quality control. We check every step from raw material to the finished product, one by one, to make sure bottles are in good quality. Our own inspector inspects every order in our warehouse before shipping. The passed inspection report is checked and signed by our sales manager before goods are shipped out.
